A retired personnel from All India Railway Servises, Mr Navin Kumar Sinha love for education is reflected by donating on ones eduction. Mr. Navin Kumar Sinha completed his education from IIT kanpur He always supported education to its utmost because he says education is the most important part of everyones life as who is he is because of his education. Mr Navin is Compassionate by nature and always ready to extend a helping hand, Mr. Navin Kumar Sinha is deeply loved and respected by everyone in his community. His generosity and kind heart have now found a new expression through the Leela Naveen Vidhya Scholarship Program, where he sponsors Mansirat, Class Nursery — nurturing not only a child’s education but also her dream of becoming Independent. Mansirat Story
Mansirat is a bright and cheerful little girl, just 3 years old, living in a small house with her parents and two elder brothers. Her innocent smile carries the dreams of her mother, who wishes to see her daughter receive a good education and grow up to live a life filled with dignity and opportunities. Unlike herself—who spends her days doing hard labor for very little wage—she dreams that her daughter will one day stand on her own feet, earn a respectable job, and break free from the cycle of poverty. Mansirat’s father works as a daily-wage laborer in the city. Whatever he earns is barely enough to meet the family’s basic needs. Life is a struggle, but their love and hope for
their children keep them going. Her mother believes that education is the only way to change her daughter’s
future. She wishes Mansirat to study at Leela Memorial School, where rural children like her can receive quality education, proper nutrition, and guidance to grow into confident individuals.
