· Total built-up area: 600 sq. ft. × 10 = 6,000 sq. ft.

· Sensitivity check (higher-spec scenario): ₹1,950 per sq. ft. 

· Per-brick giving concept (all-inclusive): ₹100 per brick (includes mortar, plaster, finishing)

· Total Cost: 6,000 sq. ft. × ₹1,950 = ₹1,17,00,000 (₹1.17 crore)

· Equivalent Bricks (@ ₹100 each):₹1,17,00,000 ÷ 100 = 1,17,000 bricks

4. ₹1, 00,000+ = 1,000+ Bricks – Classroom Legacy Recognition (name featured inside the classroom).

For the enhanced-spec option (₹1,950/sq. ft.), totals become 1,17,000 bricks; the recognition tiers remain the same.
